This Role:
PRGX is seeking a dynamic and talented Graphics Designer (Creative-Interactive Designer) to join our B2B marketing team. This individual will play a crucial role in building on our recent brand launch to lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of creative solutions that drive brand engagement and support our marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will build on a strong artistic vision to turn conversations and insights with our financial services and data intelligence stakeholders into clear, concise and creative content.
Responsibilities:
•Lead the development of visually compelling graphics, design elements, and digital experiences across various marketing channels, including:
•Graphic design
•Interactive design (e.g., web-based interactivity, user interface design)
•Animation (e.g., motion graphics, storytelling)
•Web design (WordPress)
•Video editing and graphic animation
•Provide strategic input and creative direction to ensure alignment with PRGX's brand identity and marketing goals.
•Take ownership of all design projects from conception to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives and deadlines.
•Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback to refine final deliverables.
•Manage client or stakeholder relationships, effectively communicating design concepts and securing buy-in to drive project success.
•Stay abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously innovate and enhance our creative capabilities.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
•5-7 years of proven experience in graphic design and multimedia production, with expertise in interactive design, animation, and web design.
•Experience in project management or leading design projects from concept to completion.
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
•Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work and its impact on business objectives.
•Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
•Social media proficiency and understanding of current digital marketing trends.
•Experience supporting digital marketing tactics including PPC and ABM campaigns.
